Spitfire Takes Second. March Madness Breaking News!

Thanks for all the votes from our members. Your Presidents Spitfire took 2nd place out of 756 entries! My Hobbysquawk call-sign is “2FewDaysatFlyingfield” and as you can see, we pretty much owned the LIFT and DRAG brackets!

Ultimately the AL37 / AWAC modification by Joey Jorgenson ended up taking home the win! Pretty cool considering he added 2 more EDF’s to the wings as well as the radar dome. Thanks to everyone who voted! Not you Babe! 😉

Spirits own Paul Geders actually took 19th place for his bracket selections too.
